Programs and Services - Core Programs

Club members develop fitness, positive use of leisure time, skills for stress management, appreciation for the environment, and social skills through sports, fitness, and recreation programs.

Learning teamwork and creating habits that will lead to a healthy lifestyle are crucial for a productive, healthy adulthood.  Members participate in instructional, competitive and leisure-time games, tournaments, and activities designed to develop individual strengths and to make physical fitness a regular practice. Members are instructed daily in sports and exercises, including Basketball, Double-Dutch, Weight Room and numerous other sports and fitness activities!
